Using the information gathered from the site survey this is the first stage in the actual design process where rough sketches can be drawn without going into too much detail.
This will allow us to run some ideas past you showing different layouts and ideas giving a general impression of what can be achieved in the space available. It is at this stage that the final layout is decided so detailed drawings can commence.
